- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

We accept exchanges for:
- Size issues.
- Damaged or defective items.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Gullemashriq@gmail.com within 30 days. Once we approve your exchange, send the item back to us, and we’ll dispatch the replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds are processed in the original payment method.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
